The Industrial University of Santander (Bucaramanga, Colombia), through its research group “Law and Society” of the School of Law and Political Science, is developing currently a study of analysis about the context of transitional justice in relation to the violence against women within the framework of Law 975 of 2005 (known as “Justice and Peace Law”), which allowed for opening the debate on transitional justice in the middle of the Colombian armed conflict. Therefore, we are interested in being able to apply to the Third Meeting of the Research Group on Internationalization of Law and Justice in Transition.
Attentively, we want to ask you the following question: is possible for us to present the work of investigative progress in Spanish?
